Now, even before his surprise shrinking Momo was taller than Izuku, but back then it was by a couple of inches (Fact: Momo is 5'8'', Izuku is 5'5'') now, he's not sure he's bigger than the Vice President's eye, never mind anything else, he was a bug before a goddess and given the comparisons due to her quirk, it seemed more appropriate he ran into her of all people after his size change.
"Midoriya! Are you still down here?" Momo calls, padding from foot to foot as she moves from the stairs to the common area, frowning as it "Strange, he's not in his room and he never just disappears like this, even when he takes an early morning run he leaves some kind of memo or something but he's silent on the class group chat too" the busty heiress hums, chewing her lip as she tries to figure out where her classmate had vanished to
"Maybe he got called away by All Might, or Aizawa Sensei" came a bored response, Momo turning her head to see a tired and grumpy looking Jirou, one of her jacks curled around her finger as she sighs deeply "Or knowing his luck his quirk did some bullshit again and he's gone to recovery girl, though yeah his lack of any kind of message is surprising, though everyone has their off days" she shrugs "You want anything for breakfast?" she asks, turning on her heel and making her way towards the kitchen area, as it was clear she wasn't getting the living space heater of an Amazon that is Yaomomo, to cuddle with again any time soon
Izuku couldn't believe his eyes, from his current scale even cute, lithe Kyoka was a Mt Lady sized super being, but even better her quirk gives her enhanced hearing, maybe even enough to hear his high pitched shrunken voice. The only problem was he needed to get closer to both of them to stand a chance of being uncovered, preferably without getting crushed under their bare feet, he broke enough bones on his own he didn't need the help from unaware classmates.
Activating Full Cowl he blitzes forward, his end goal clear in his sights...
1) Kyoka is his best chance of being discovered, so heads straight for her, shouting and yelling that he'd been shrunk and to look down, though given she's at best half awake this may take a while
2) While the best option on paper, the trouble is he's not sure how Kyoka would act when given the chance to have a classmate in her hand, especially given she was one of the smaller in every sense of the word in the class, so he decides to aim for Momo, worrying about HOW to get her attention only after he gets to the polite and sweet VP
3) Hearing something like an insect buzz Jirou's jacks zero in on it, just before she stomps on the bug hoping to smush it flat. When instead of a crunch she still feels it squirming, the punk rock junior hero decides to investigate her find
4) Overdoing it when he tries to bounce his way onto the table, his legs nearly give out when he lands on the chair. Unfortunately, as he tries to catch his breath and get ready for one last jump his world view is eclipsed as Momo moves to sit on the same chair while Jirou makes breakfast for the 2, her plump rear dropping like a meteor, Izuku knowing he has no chance of escaping it, only surviving and hoping Momo feels him struggling against her ass cheek.
