All of Them!

All of the Princesses of Eternia wear diapers. For varying reasons of course.

Adora wears them mainly because she was roped into it by Glimmer, but has come to enjoy them.

Entrapta often wears diapers just to circumvent having to stop what she's working on.

Netossa and Spinnerella both wear diapers, but no one is quite sure what their exact reason is.

Frosta wears diapers due to her young age, it allows her to attend meetings and gatherings without having to stop for bathroom breaks, not to mention, due to the Princesses getting closer and finding out they all have a liking for them, she's been using them more liberally.

Glimmer wears diapers purely because she enjoys them, she also enjoys helping her friends to get into them as well~

Perfuma wears diapers because she finds them to be comfortable, though she only wears cloth ones, and almost always insists on changing as soon as she's soiled them.

Mermista wears diapers simply for the convenience of not having to go to the bathroom normally, to the point where she doesn't even mind getting changed out in the open or in front of others for simplicity's sake, she too usually wears cloth diapers.

Scorpia mostly wears diapers because like Adora, she was roped into it after finding out pretty much every Princess wears them. So she typically doesn't get as into using them as the others, but she's pretty into everyone else wearing them, finding it so very cute.
