"Come on, Lily. You know what you have to do." I said.
Lily groaned but did exactly as she was told. She got on all fours on her bed and stuck her little ass up in the air for me. I put a little bit of baby oil on the thermometer to act as lube and slowly pulled down Lillie's blue and yellow sleeping shorts, exposing her bony little butt.
"Please be gentle, big bro..." Lily whimpered.
She knew this would be uncomfortable. Slowly, I inserted the thermometer into her waiting anus. Lily grimaced as the cold slimy thermometer entered her body. I couldn't help but smile knowing how humiliating and uncomfortable this must be for her.
"Is it done yet?" Lily asked.
"Almost." I said.
The thermometer beeped, indicating it was done. I carefully, slowly removed it form my little sister's rear end. Quickly she pulled up her blue and yellow sleeping shorts, not wanting her little butt exposed any longer than it needed to be. The thermometer read "98.5F - 37C", a perfectly normal temperature for her.
"So, do I have a fever, big bro?" Lily asked.
