The Entity realized it's mistake before it could make it. How could The Nurse eat anyone with that bag over her head? It was simple ridiculous. However, Lisa Sherwood or The Hag as she was known by the survivors already was known to eat people, or at least tear out there liver and take a few bites. Surely she would be a great fit for the new Mori.
