She steps on you with her bare feet

She continues strolling into your room and before you react to what's happening its too late, her supermassive bare foot is towering over you, descending upon your insignificant body. You watch, frozen in time as her dirt caked foot slams brutally into your body squashing you between her soles and the cold hard floor. Your body is pulverized into mush as the weight of her body shatters and flattens your bones and smushes your internal organs into a paste that smears partially on the floor and partially adds to the layer of dirt on her foot.

"Oops, I think I stepped on something."
