Neo goes and finds Yang

Neo thought about it and decided to spy on Yang. That girl was more fun to tease while Ruby was more for revenge. Plus, with the book, she could do anything to them. Impossible things, embarrassing things, and do it over and over until she was satisfied.

If she ever was.

The girl had a few screws loose and didn’t understand what it meant to hold back.

Neo’s first mission was to find her target and quickly began scouring through Beacon. The campus was huge and there was a lot of students. It made finding someone difficult. After about 20 minutes of searching, Neo stopped.

And slapped her forehead for being an idiot.

A quick entry in the book was enough to solve everything.

I will appear next to Yang Xiao-Long. I’ll be invisible to everyone after teleporting until I choose to reveal myself. No one will touch me accidentally or on purpose.

The world blurred the moment she finished writing and Neo found herself in Team RWBY’s dorm room. The blonde target was currently giving her younger sister Ruby a noogie, much to the girl’s chagrin. They were playing a video game and it looked like Yang had won.

Neo watched them a little longer before finally deciding what to do. She had two targets to use the book on, but she also could observe them and play around with her current invisibility. She had all the time in the world with her new book.

1. Continue the plan to focus on Yang.

2. Target Ruby.

3. Observe for a little bit.
