He was about to put it back on the shelf where he found it, but something stopped him. He didn't know how to explain it, but all of his instincts were telling him it was in his best interest to keep this book.
"You what, I think I'll just this like a journal or something." he reasoned, tucking the book under his arm before continuing his search for that Kingdom Of Vale history book he was originally looking for.
After a couple of minutes of scrolling through the shelves and aisles, he finally found the book he was looking for and got to work on his essay.
What happens next?
1: Weiss enters the library, she's looking for Jaune so she can help him with his essay. (And work up the courage to finally confess her love for him)
2: Blake walks over to where Jaune is working, and much to his shock comments on how surprised she is that he's not studying with his girlfriend Weiss.
3: Jaune works on his essay for a few hours and makes some decent progress on it with little issue. But when he leaves the library to head back to his dorm room, he bumps into Weiss.
