Alright, even though I watched the anime whenever I got the chance, I'm not really an expert on the Pokemon anime. so I'm just gonna go by the regions.

This will be just for the anime exclusive characters and the characters already in the game with different motives and personality's from the anime.
(I mean, those personalty's and motives can also be in the main series section, but what do i know?)
