Roughly translated, it means "What is pain to the wolf?"

The tribe that you are joining is a member of the Clan of the Wolf. They are a stoic people, who adhere to the tenet of refusing to complain about that which they cannot change. The maxim of Chunyun zovlin gedge you vay is taken to mean that, although you cannot change what happens externally, you are able to affect how you react to things. So members of the Clan of the Wolf strive to live stoic lives.

Members pf the Clan of the Wolf are also fiercely loyal to their family. And by tradition, all the members of a clan member's tribe are considered family.
