When Abbie Mills, the character played by thirty year old Nicole Beharie on the TV Show Sleepy Hollow, was killed off at the end of Season 3, you were incensed. When you discovered a couple of years later the insensitivity of the studios toward the actress at the time, you became furious! The studios basically ruined a fantastic show because they were assholes.
Like other hardcore Sleepy Hollow fans, you vented online and even contributed to the litany of fanfiction stories where Abbie didn't die off but continued to live.
But you could do one thing that the rest of your fellow Sleepy Hollow fans couldn't do. You could actually bring Abbie back to life. At least in android form.
As you perfected your android technology, you began compiling data to feed your android about Abbie Mills. On the day you planned to activate the android, you were going to give it a photo of Abbie Mills from the show. The photo would activate a personality program that would make a real world Abbie Mills. It would even activate a series of online files that would give the android a real world identity. Not identical to the Abbie Mills on the show. That would set off too many red flags. But the ID files and personality program would be close enough to the show to keep Abbie Mills alive.
It was going to be perfect. Android Abbie Mills was going to think she was a one time police officer and junior detective from a small town in western Pennsylvania who had quit her job to go around the country with you to investigate supernatural occurrences. It was going to be great!
You had selected a photo of Abbie from the show where she is wearing all black, with a low scoop blouse underneath her jacket, with her badge on her belt. Her hair was tied back behind her head, and she had a no nonsense look on her face. You were pretty sure about this photo, but decided to do one more image search.
That's when you stumbled across the interview and photo shoot that Nicole Beharie did for Esquire. The interview, and especially the accompany lingerie shots of Nicole, gave you different ideas about the android. So while you perfected a potential Abbie Mills personality, you also contemplated the idea of a scantily clad Nicole Beharie walking around your home with a bubbly personality and a desire to fulfill your every whim.
