Furta God of Thieves. Son of Pars Gaudium and Uxorem. Twin brother of Villam.
Myths-
Furta was reportedly born without a domain or aspect to rule over, so he stole one from the previous god of thieves. It is theorized that said god of thievery was eaten by the God Eater as no memory of it exists outside of this tale.
When Furta went along with Mendacium’s lie and they became married he decided to celebrate the occasion by bestowing his new love with a gift. Not knowing the first thing about what to give someone else, as he is the god of thieves, he went to his mother Uxorem for advice as she is the goddess of marriage. After making a snide comment about his wife Uxorem told her son to get something that represents the binding nature of marriage. Secretly she wanted to dissuade Furta from committing further to Medacium but Furta loved the idea and set out to find the perfect symbol. He decided on the Bound Rings, two rings which when clicked together produced the first gold in the world. Unfortunately they were in Lolth’s domain. Double unfortunately they were guarded by Arachiou and Arenpens, two giant beasts with snake bodies and spider legs. Each one had eight heads, one for each spider eye, making them very hard to sneak past. Furta's response was to steal their time, twenty minutes from each. While they were stuck out of time Furta easily picked up the rings and left. When the two returned they went on a rampage which is still going on today. Meanwhile Furta presented one of the rings to his wife and now everytime they hold hands, gold rains down. This is where wedding rings come from.
Villam Goddess of Agriculture, Family, Shepherds, and many more minor things. Daughter of Pars Gaudium and Uxorem. Twin sister of Furta.
Myths-
Ferantur Goddess of Grief, Sadness, Healing and Sympathy.
Myths-
When the child of the first victim of murder found out what happened to her mother, she fell into a deep despair. In her great sadness she cut out her eyes, because they were the same red color as her mothers. In this sadness and intense grief a pseudo-god formed. Appearing as a dark blue and purple silhouette with sad grey eyes, Ferantur alleviated the woman's sadness by taking into herself. The woman passed from her wounds, and Ferantur farried the woman’s soul to a realm of healing to help alleviate the pain. She quickly became a demigod from the sadness that comes from being alive, and reached godhood when people realized that she cures sadness rather than spreads it. To this day, she heals the wounded by taking on their afflictions and spirits hurt souls to her realm to recover before they travel to the great beyond.
Mendacium Goddess of Lies and Deception.
Myths-
There was a woman named Mendax who wanted in on the tithe money that churches get, so she claimed to be a god. This was the first lie, giving birth to Mendacium goddess of Lies and Deception. Uxorem killed Mendax for her crime very fast and would have killed Mendacium if the goddess of lies hadn’t hastily claimed that she was married to Futa, and that it would devastate him if she died. Uxorem, ever the concerned mother, asked Futa of the credibility coming from the goddess of lies. Futa is an opportunist and decided to confirm this story, seeing it as a way to get a wife. They have the most functional and supportive marriage in the pantheon.
Rypansi God of the Rot.
Myths-
When the circle of eight created the first dragonborn they failed to predict that one of the byproducts would be the rot. A whole root of the Tree was corrupted beyond repair and destroys all life that dares venture into it. Such a sickness was powerful enough to produce a new god, Rypansi. Rypansi is disgusted by life and would like almost nothing more than to spread his rot to the rest of the tree so that everything would die. This was a problem but he promised to use his influence to mitigate the damage instead so long as Vlixem Astu married him. Vlixem Astu, being a god of martyrs, immediately agreed to throw herself under the bus to save others. Uxorem is pissed by this forever, and Rypansi’s cult often antagonize those who worship her.
Aranea Hominis God of whatever I come up with later
Myths-
Rypansi and Vlixem Astu have only had one child together, Aranea Hominis. He never had much interest in the world of mortals and thus only has the smallest of cult followings. He is often credited as a god of penance and accepting burdens but not much is really known about him.
Aestas Goddess of Summer, Fire and Music
Myths-
When the Satyrs invented the drums, Pars Gaudium played them for three months straight. His joy and energy while pounding on them for the first time created the first summer, and with it Aestas was born.
