The last thing you could recall before randomly passing out was the tv playing in your room. It had been muted but you noticed that it was on a cartoon show about a massive family. It was kind of amazing and weird to think about, but you must’ve brushed it aside before you found yourself awake again.
Whatever happened in between then and now might not be enough to explain how you got here in the first place.
You weren’t sitting down in a chair or lying on a mattress when you woke up, you were on the floor. That wouldn’t be too unusual for you if it weren’t for the fact that there were several massive doors all around you. You thought it was off that they stretched to the ceiling like they were buildings in a city with their door knobs unreachable from your spot, but that was enough for you to know something was wrong.
Everything was so much bigger than you. You must’ve shrunken down to an inch or less. It shouldn’t have been possible, but you had a feeling that this wasn’t some dream. It certainly wasn’t one that could have you placed inside the home of this cartoon family you just watched without it being a coincidence. How could this have happened?!
You tried to relax, though it felt impossible at this point. You were so tiny that you could see the gaps underneath the doors, each one leading to a separate room. Running over there should be easy, but you weren’t gonna get someone’s attention at this size. Still, it had to be worth a try.
You remembered a bit of the cartoon to know that there were some stairs close by leading to downstairs. Maybe it’d be better to go there instead of standing in the hallway where some giant could step on you. Actually everywhere sounded pretty dangerous to you right now. But whatever the case, you had to pick something.
