3) You can modify the target's height, musculature, or size of assets, if you want something more specific, write the name next to the measurements you want, it will even allow you to specify the time in which you want said change to pass, whether with immediate effect or no

4) Mental states, cancellation of willpower or control of thoughts is outside the capabilities of this magical tool.

5) Finally, the changes can be reversed by destroying the page where said content is written. ATTENTION, tearing out the pages of the notebook will not change anything and there is a risk of losing it, which would make the effects permanent in case it is not located and destroy the sheet.
