So let's start this selection list off.

There's the start of the whole thing, where Keiichi made his wish with Belldandy. What if he wished differently? What if Belldandy took the wish differently?

Or perhaps someone else comes to grant the wish instead? Urd or Peorth would make it a sexual-based wish.

Another spot is when Keiichi wishes that Peorth would grant his heart's desire. What if she caught up to him? What if he had a different desire in his heart?

One suggestion is that Keiichi's s life goes from slice-of-life manga to a hentai.

Back when hild first appeared, Keiichi was a bit mouthy and Hild threw him a magically-charged kiss. Belldandy interupted it with one of her own and Hild's kiss altered a rat into something horrible. What if Hil'd kiss touched Keiichi and it did not affect him like the rat?

Some ideas are that Keiichi suddenly becomes far more attractive to all women, save for demons. To the point that he barely can get through an hour without being sexually harassed.

Or Keiichi becomes a woman.

Peorth once meddled with one of Urd's pills and gave it to Keiichi. It was intended to make him fall in love with Peorth, but due to chemical reactions of taking it with cola, it gave him a gaze that made women fall in love with him. It was undone when he looked Belldandy in the eyes,

What if the pill altered Keiichi's scent , making him really sexually desirable to any women who smells him?

Or his gaze now makes women want to sexually dominate him?
