A cry ripped through the night.
"For Justice!" and two fists slammed down on a writhing tentacle, managing to knock it's possession from it's slimy grip. The student slumped to the floor, panting for a moment before she dashed away from the disturbing fight scene.
On the other side of the alleyway between the two college buildings Harmony sighed, shaking her head at Teresa's idiotic cry. The most effective of her three girls she still had... rather odd tactics to say the least.
The giant blue green monstrosity towered over the three girls as they moved into position, looming almost fifteen feet tall, it's tentacles spread wide. Harmony guessed some sort of display to make it seem tougher? At least it hadn't retreated immediately with it's prize this time. They'd lost too many girls in the last year. This time no-one gets eaten she promised herself.
"Uh... take that!" Ophelia said, nervously, and a faucet nearby cracked, a pillar of water spraying forth and splattering the beast. It oozed forwards, ignoring the paltry splash of water, the girl causing the inundation backing away nervously as the water ran out, spluttering to a halt. The tentacles spread wide abruptly, a roar coming from several, and Ophelia screamed, turned around an ran off, eyes clenched tight shut.
This was not going well.
Melanie and Teresa... er, Terry. Harmony had to remind herself to not use the girl's full name. Once she'd literally refused to fight over that. Anyway, she saw them gather together, side by side, tensing.
"We can do this!" Teresa said through gritted teeth. Melanie didn't seem very confident in that, but concentrated and a bluish bolt flashed from her fist as she punched the air, flaring forward, and somehow missing the huge beast before her, splattering uselessly against a wall.
Groaning Harmony starting chanting a mantra, her fingers twisting in arcane symbols, preparing to help withdraw the girls from combat with a confusion spell. Unfortunately the beast grabbed a garbage can and hurled it at Teresa, she jumping out of the way, and Harmony saw it careening towards her. With a yelp she jumped aside, spell broken, and tumbled to the ground, just in time to see tentacles wrap around both remaining girls, them screaming frantically.
Panting she got to her feet, going through the few spells she knew and realized the thing had too good a grip on them for confusion to do much. She didn't have anything else that would help! Maybe she could go find Ophelia and force the girl to help free them? Then there was a ripping sound and Harmony looked up in shock as Teresa's clothes frayed from her body, some form of arcane energy evaporating her clothing, leaving her naked and squealing in panic in the tentacle holding her above the ground. Watching in horror, one of the blue sinuous limbs weaved before her, it's end unfolding, opening wide and pressing over the quivering girl's head.
"No!" Harmony gasped as a gulp sucked head and shoulders inside the beast, then it greedily sucked, letting go with it's other limb, Terry's thrashing body sliding inside slowly on it's own. Breasts sank in, the thing obviously enjoying it's meal immensely, and it took it's time gulping her down. Muffled squeals of panic emerged from inside the bulging limb as it sucked her in, hips vanishing between those flower like lips, then long kicking legs started to slide inside.
Suddenly a flash of purple smashed through the monster, it freezing in place abruptly. That flash seemed to come from where the portals were in the courtyard to the East. The eyes on the thing blinked, all in unison, then slowly panned down to the ankles kicking furiously from it's tenticular maw. They softly sucked, the meal squealing again as she bobbed deeper, then back out again, and the beast's eyes went wide in shock.
Abruptly there was a violent 'Hurking' sound, and Terry was spat out to land in a wet pile on the floor, panting hard.
Harmony gaped. What? What was going on?
The beast stared at itself, seeming to curl inward, protectively, then heard a gasp and noticed the other girl it was holding. It gaped at Melanie, then dropped her, rolling away in a ball of jiggling tentacles.
"Whaaaat?" It said, and Harmony's jaw dropped.
It spoke? Was that some form of imitation? She'd never heard one even try to speak before.
"What is going on!" It gurgled, cowering in the corner of the alley. That was not normal!
