Option 1:
Chaldean Hospital: Ritsuka gets injured and hurt in a way that makes Nightingale believe turning the entirety of Chaldea into a hospital filled with nurses catering to him and protecting him is the better option than letting things continue as they are. How does she get those nurses? The other female servants of course.

Option 2:
Kama's bond with Ritsuka increases to the point where she is in love with him. The only issue: Kama believes that the best way to show Ritsuka her love is by making twins of herself out of the other servants to be with him at all times.
