"Heeeeeeey Ellie," you heard Steph say from behind you.
"What is it?" you asked, turning to face your younger sister.
"Can you take me to my track meet today? Everyone else is busy and I don't wanna have to get a ride from someone else." Despite being in her freshman year at high school, Steph had qiuckly earned a spot on the varsity track team as a sprinter, proving that she could hold her own with and even beat girls who were three years older than her.
This was the perfect opportunity for you to test your power. Not only could you see how Steph changed as she grew, you would also get to see how everything else changed at the sudden introduction of a giant. You would have happy with any excuse to test your power on Steph, and were more than happy to take her to her meet.
"Oh yeah, no problem," you replied. "Just give me a minute to get ready." You put on some shoes and grabbed your keys before heading out to your car, where Steph was waiting. Like she always did before her meets, she was wearing her full tracksuit and had her hair done up in a simple ponytail. On the way to the track, you started planning the best moment to grow Steph. As of now, she was just under an inch shorter than you, standing at a flat 5'0". You wanted to make her far and away the tallest athlete at the competition, such that she would have little to no difficulty winning all her events, but you couldn't decide when the best time to grow her would be. Should you do it all before she shows up so you can see the looks on her opponents' faces? Wait until she's there and watch the differences as she's growing? Or should you grow her during one of her races and watch her leave everyone else in the dust?
Each option was so appealing to you that you couldn't just choose one, you decided on a combination of all three. First, you focused on her growing slowly while you drove, and out of the corner of your eye you could see her head creeping just a little bit higher with each passing second. You didn't have an exact end goal in mind, but you knew you wanted her to be the tallest one out there from the start, before you tipped the scales even further during the meet. You noticed that every once in a while she had to move the seat back to accommodate her increasingly long legs, and you were getting a little antsy to see the results of your work.
A couple minutes later you arrived in the high school's parking lot. As you got out you didn't realize how much taller she had gotten. You only came up to the middle of her chest now, and she looked to be about 7 feet tall if your estimation was correct. Her tracksuit still fit her fine, but you couldn't help but notice that her breasts had grown considerably along with her height, as they were now large DDs. You figured it must've been a side effect of when you grew someone with your powers and made a mental not of it.
"Good luck out there," you told Steph, reaching in for a hug. She had to bend way over to return it, and she squeezed you much tighter than you expected, her increased strength a consequence of growing 2 feet.
"Thanks, I'll win today easily now," she said. You didn't doubt her for a second. Even if she wasn't trying her hardest, with how long her legs were now, she would easily outrun any normal sized person she found herself pit against. Making your way to the bleachers, you found a good spot to watch the meet. You quickly scanned the infield to see where Steph was, which didn't prove to be much of a challenge since she literally stood head and shoulders over teammates and opponents. As she warmed up, you could see girls from the other school nervously looking in her direction, and you could tell every one of them was hoping they wouldn't have to compete against her. Of course, for you, the fun's only beginning.
After warm ups were over you heard an announcement that the girls' 400 meter dash would be starting soon. You knew the 400 was Steph's favorite event, so you got ready to grow her again. Standing next to the other runners, she looked like she was the only adult competing against a bunch of kids, with the next tallest girl barely reaching Steph's shoulders. As the runners made their way to the starting blocks, you focused on Steph quickly growing even larger. Sure enough, her head began rising higher into the sky. By the time she made it to the blocks and began adjusting them, you had grown her another 2 feet, now putting her at an impressive 9 feet tall. Again, not only did she grow taller, but her proportions had also changed. Her breasts were had grow to the point that you wondered if she could even see her feet past them. Her legs, which were now longer than some of the runners were tall, had become proportionately longer and more toned, meeting in what you had to admit was a very nicely shaped butt. Her body was toned and fit in all the right places, and you had no doubt that she was now the most attractive girl in the school.
The runners were waiting in position for the starting gun. The gun fired, the runners shot off the blocks and you got to work on the third part of your plan. Steph was actually the last to react to the shot, but she quickly made up for that with her long strides. In no time at all she had reached, then overtook, the leader. As she came into the first straightaway, you imagined Steph growing again, and were met with the sight of her body expanding as she ran. Her lengthening legs ate up the distance between her and the finish line effortlessly, leaving the other runners so far behind that her dust had settled by the time they got there. An 11 foot tall Steph coasted across the finish line, not even having broken a sweat. Honestly it looked more like she had gone for a leisurely jog than ran a race. You did feel a little bit bad for the other girls who had to go against Steph, but not anywhere near close enough to consider returning her to normal size. You weren't even completely sure if you had the power to shrink people back down, but now wasn't the time to try it and Steph wasn't the one to try it on.
