Meet the neighbors

The first step to settling in is meeting the neighbors there's a lot you can choose from but the first ones that come to mind are.

Trish the early 20 mixed tan decently tall athletic built college girl. She's part of a sorority and tends to have her sorority sisters over often. Rumors have it that she burns through boyfriends they tend to leave after she takes them to a sorority party.

Tanya the Vietnamese petite 30 year old. she doesn't have much in terms of "assets" but the way she smirks when she's scheming something is oddly alluring. She also happens to be the tour guide for the town. Also the one you've heard most of these rumors from.
