Gremlins

The obvious pursuer is Gremlins 2: The New Batch's notorious femme grem, Greta (https://gremlins.fandom.com/wiki/Greta). Her defining characteristic was single-mindedly pursuing the man of her dreams, even staging a bathroom wedding to him despite his efforts to escape her.

The first scenario takes place during the events of the first Gremlins movie. You are a citizen of the small town of Kingston Falls. Poor Billy Peltzer has accidentally unleashed gremlins on the town, like in the movie. But this time, among the chaotic hordes is a certain female gremlin who is head over heels in love with you!

The second scenario takes place during Gremlins 2. You're trapped in the Clamp Center in Manhattan while mutated gremlins are running wild, including Greta. But this time, instead of being obsessed with Frank Forster, the object of Greta's affection is you!

The third scenario takes place after both movies, a hypothetical Gremlins 3, if you will. Greta was the last surviving gremlin in the Clamp Center, but now she could be anywhere, separated from Forster and coming after you instead!

Of course, all of these scenarios lend themselves to Greta getting splashed by water and producing even more female gremlins.

Or perhaps scaly seductresses aren't your thing and you'd rather be pursued by one of the human characters while gremlins wreak havoc in the backdrop.
