Tsunade sighs as she read the message she got from nearly all of the nations leaders(daimyo/kage) wanting naruto to have a child with the daimyo and kage to maintain peace between them It would've been one thing to have naruto sleep with a bunch of women but the daimyos and kages want naruto to be the one who gets pregnant and give birth to the child Shizune: What should we do tsunade-sama? Tsunade: I'm not sure shizune but if we want to maintain the peace we've achieved then we got no choice but to go through with it Shizune: Should we inform naruto now or tomorrow about this? Tsunade: Might as well do it now and get it over with Neko bring Naruto Uzumaki here asap Neko: Hai Hokage-sama
~5 minutes later~
Naruto: Hey baa-chan neko said you wanted to see me about something Tsunade sighs: Yes I do, I want you listen to the entire thing before you say anything got it? Naruto: Hai

Naruto: They want me to become a woman and sleep with various leaders and give birth to children for them to maintain peace between us and that includes you as well Tsunade: Yes it does and for the female leaders will use a futanari jutsu which will give the woman a cock or have a male of their choosing to do it, for example if I wasn't going to use that futa jutsu I'd have either kakashi or Gai do it instead
