Chapter #1A Nightmare, or Dream Come True? by: BimboFuta   Before we choose which lucky lady we'll be following, here are a few important points about this interactive:
1: Bullying is a core principle of this society - there are college courses about Wedgie Technique, "Dumpology", Underwear Science, and more. There are still normal jobs, of course, but there are also things like the Bullying Games - sporting events where, for example, bullies compete to see who can give the most atomic wedgies in a certain time frame. So this world is like ours, but with the added dynamic of Bullies and Nerds being very prevalent and recognized in society.
2: Similarly, Bullying is so important, it has to be regulated! And so, the most powerful governmental body is the Department of Bullying or DoB. The DoB has many purposes (and you're free to come up with more on your own), but the primary functioning is ensuring that bullies and nerds are properly recognized. Women have to be interviewed and assessed by a DoB agent to determine whether they're a Bully or a Nerd, this can happen as often as a woman would like (and is sometimes mandated by employers), but inspection is mandated at least once every year. I'll list some examples of B/V IDs (Bully/Victim Identification) with the first four characters below to give you an idea of what they look like and are used for.
3: And since bullying is so big, obviously it'll be a part of social media, right? The main social media app used for bullying is called Lockr. Lockr has it all: pictures, videos, status updates, location tracking, and a built-in Rep score that updates based on user activity! Strong bullies have high Rep, while super-nerds and the wimpiest dweebs have low (or even negative) Rep!
In the story, Rep doesn't have to be exact - don't think about it too hard. It's mostly used as a benchmark and humiliation tool to say a bully is really good, or a nerd is really nerdy, so don't feel a need to micro-manage Rep and track every little up/down tick in a character's Rep score - it's even okay if you contradict yourself! Don't get bogged down by this and just go with the flow.
4: Lastly, remember the key to this story is embarrassment! So again don't get too bogged down in any "rules". Sometimes it's just more humiliating for a bully with 15k Rep to get pantsed and made fun of by some Chess Club loser with 250 Rep! So just go with the flow and whatever feels most fun to you - bullies can become nerds and nerds can become bullies, just go with it!
Now that those rules are out of the way, onto characters! This story will primarily follow one character, but obviously it will contain and reference many, many characters along the way. These first four are all OCs of mine and they all know each other, but future characters do not need to be characters from my previous interactives, nor do they all need to be from the same group/school/etc. Now, let's choose a girl to follow!
[Option 1 (Victim)] Jazmin Murray (Rep Score: 2,348 / ID: Class 'A' Dweeb): Jazmin is a short and stacked Latina woman with sharp features and a mean face. She likes to dress and act tough - leather jackets, black jeans, combat boots, the works. It's probably just a holdover from her bullying days: Jazmin used to be the biggest bully in her high school, but after a long series of unfortunate, humiliating events, she graduated as one of the biggest dweebs, with her little sister as one of her biggest bullies, to boot!
Jazmin's most notable features are her gigantic bubble butt and her utterly embarrassing underwear selection - both of which are very big targets for the bullies in her life. She currently lives alone, having recently been very brutally dumped by her ex-girlfriend, Madison. Jazmin used to work as a bartender at a biker bar, but after getting dumped, her Rep score fell too much to keep such a 'tough' job, and she was fired. Now she lives back at home with her mother, Tara, and her little sister, Cindy, who is now a senior at Grace Bell High School.
Frequent bullies: Madison Brown, Cindy Murray, Tara Murray, Jessica Waters.
[Option 2 (Victim)] Brielle Williams (Rep Score: 2,116 / ID: Class 'A+' Nerdette): Brielle is a tall, beautiful, pale woman with dirty blonde hair and gorgeous features. She, like Jazmin, was one of the top bullies at her high school, but had a similar fall from grace after it was discovered that not only does she wear incredibly girly, embarrassing panties, but she also has a penchant and passion for all forms of math. Brielle's bubble butt is huge, but is just a bit smaller than Jazmin's - a fact she likes to remind her shorter friend of frequently, even if it sometimes results in Brielle getting bullied or spanked for it.
Brielle is employed as a math teacher at Grace Bell High School, and lives with her fiancée, Ellen, in an apartment.
Frequent bullies: Jazmin Murray, Cindy Murray, Ellen Hawthorn.
[Option 3 (Bully)] Ellen Hawthorn (Rep Score: 9,894 / ID: Class 'B+' Prep Girl): Ellen is shorter than her fiancée Brielle, but still slightly tall. She's a beautiful tan woman with thick black hair, and she's the classic popular girl. She didn't rule the school, but she was popular and successful, and remains so to this day!
Ellen leveraged her successful education into a successful corporate career at Lockr. She works at a local office as a mid-level manager on the 6th floor, handling accounts for celebrities, both dorks and bullies alike.
Frequent victims: Brielle Williams, Claire Thomas, Lucy Stevens.
[Option 4 (Bully)] Madison Brown (Rep Score: 14,755 / ID: Class 'A' Prom Queen) Madison is an elite bully and a gorgeous, successful woman. She's short and small - which only makes it more humiliating for her victims when she bullies them around - with a cute face and nice brown hair. Until recently, Madison was dating Jazmin, but Jazmin's Rep score fell too low for Madison to want to associate with her, and so she ended the relationship in public by stripping Jazmin down, giving her an atomic wedgie, and literally dumping the poor Latina into a nearby trash can, but only after taking her ex's lunch money. The two are now separated, but Madison still lives in town in their old apartment, only a street away from Jazmin's house.
Madison is a very successful Bully Athlete, with her main categories being Spanking, Pantsing, and 'Ground Game' (a mix of facesitting, loogies, and wet willies). She competes locally, easily making seven figures plus whatever money she collects from nerds as "lunch money" on top of that.
Frequent victims: Jazmin Murray, Brittany Easton, Heather Lindow.
So, who will this story follow? Keep in mind the "Frequent bullies/victims" for each girl is just a sample list, obviously there are many more dweebs and popular girls in the city than just these few names, these are purely for inspiration and world-building purposes, and the girls who aren't described on this page (such as Heather Lindow, Madison's victim) are up to future authors to write and expand on if they wish!
