"No problem, buddy. Us guys need to eat," Jared said as he clapped you on the shoulder. With a strong but delicate push, Jared directed you to the cafeteria. He swipes his card in. "Don't worry, buddy, its buffet style, so be sure to fill yourself up."
You try not to hide your please in this concept. While your family is better off than it once was, your family was always sure to be careful with every cent. You never were filled full and the meals, being so cheap, were rather repetitive. You see different serving trays each boasting a heavy assortment of cuisines. You grab the tray that Jared has selected for you, one of the larger ones and go to fill up your tray.
"Looks like you were pretty hungry, buddy," Jared greeted you with his mischievous smile as you come to the little table. He then gives a heavy yawn and stretches his arms high above his head. His green tight shirt rises and you see a soft, but not fat, sliver of a midsection. He then opens his eyes halfway through the yawn and smiles at you.
The two of you finish your trays and decided to fill them up again. You always love being full, especially when it costs nothing to fill yourself all the way.
After you finish this, you see Jared putting some of the wrapped cakes in his backpack. He then explains, "I like having a snack for later, but we're not supposed to remove food from here. You want some, buddy?"
"Yeah," you answer as Jared tosses in a few more cakes.
"Hey my friend's having a party tonight. Do you want to come, buddy?"
