The German Shepherd was a female

Your neighbour's German Shepherd was a female, with the name; Hazel.

Finally, after a few tries, you managed to get her collar off, freeing her from being stuck to a pole. You throw her collar away before getting up and walking back to the fence to jump over, back into your own yard, all while the German Shepherd stay and stares at you.

Before you do jump over, you stop and look at her, wondering why she hasn't left. You were met with her being right behind you, awfully close to you. She was staring right at you. Confused, you knelt down to her eye level: "What's wrong girl?"

She remained staring at you with begging, puppy eyes. She definitely wanted something from you. Maybe she was hungry, maybe she was lonely?
