Confront your neighbour's German Shepherd

The noise it was making was too infuriating.

You couldn't stand hearing your neighbour's German Shepherd bark for any second longer! You bolted outside and looked over the fence, and just as you expected, the dog was leashed to a pole trying to get out. It looked miserable, but very healthy. Eventually, it saw you stare and it's expression change, from angry barks to a happy and slight concerned whines.

"If I untie you, would you shut up?" The canine only whined in response, in which you sighed in response. You weren't sure if it understood you, but you weren't going to leave this poor thing tied to a pole just because its owners are asshole.

Simply, you jump the fence and walk up to it. The German Shepherd doesn't move and allows you to get close. You bring your arms to its collar and carefully start to unbuckle it from around its neck. While you were doing that, you glanced between its back legs, since you never knew it's gender.
