There is something gleaming on the ground. What did you find?
It looks like something very high-tech. Beyond high-tech, really. It looks positively extraterrestrial. It has that sleek efficient look with an air of mystery about it. It is a deep translucent green with a highly polished sheen.
No controls? Does it read your mind? Or do you have to squeeze it a certain way? Maybe you should know what it does before you try to operate it?
I guess not. You do something that makes it start humming. It's probably too late to throw it down. FLASH! That was bright. You can hardly see. But it's obvious that you are no longer underground. You see stars all around you and over there is the big green and brown ball of a planet.
Hands grab your arms and you struggle. Two men in black uniforms hold you securely.
Now you see that the stars do not completely surround you. You are in a transparent dome. But the base of the dome has an exit. The guards push you into it and you are sucked down through a transparent tube and squirt out into a room with white walls. Luckily the floor is soft and spongey.
You stand up to face a woman with a blaster in her hand aimed at your heart. She is wearing a tight red dress with a flaring collar of gold. A man in a silver jumpsuit walks in.
"Another one?" he asks.
"I'll kill it," the woman says, pointing the blaster at you.
The man pushes her arm down. "No! Haven't you caused enough trouble, already?"
A second man walks in. His jumpsuit is white with a blue emblem on the chest. "They're still spawning? I don't see how they get past security. What node produced this one?"
The man turns toward you. "Where do you come from?"
