No place to hide...

Mike has always been a good friend, and you trust him deeply, however you nevertheless do not want to risk waking him in this state. Afterall the prodding from your tiny form may very well cause him to roll over on you! Instead you elect to bury yourself deep in the blankets. As you push deeper and deeper beneath the comforter you are reminded of the times your crawled about in a similer state in your early childhood. There is no time to appreciate the nostalgia though as you try to find a safe place.
Gradually it becomes rather warm beneath the sea of blankets yet you know you cannot risk moving until Mike fully awakens. As if to curse your chain of thought Mike begins to shift about and, to your horror, rolls to the side. What was to be a place of escape may very well be your tomb as Mike's leg barrels for you. With only instants to spare you rush for the foot of the bed and slip mere inchs passed the sole of Mike's foot. Light rushes down over you as Mike's leg tugs the comforter to the side and once more leaves you stranded in the open.
To make matters even worse the movements did not wake Mike, though they did convence you that the floor might be a safer place for the time being. Wether it would be wise to take a leap of faith or not, you have no say in the matter. To your surprise the door gradually creaks to the side to reveal a huge eye peeking in. Mike is your best friend in the world, you would trust him to help you in this form, but you are unsure of the others. Despite your attempts to dodge to the side you immediatly know that whomever is spying on the two of you has seen your new size. With a soft creak the door slides open to reveal them.
