On her way

She stepped back a bit before ramming her way through the doorway, her shoulders ramming completely through. She smiled at her newfound power, and decided not to let it get into her head.
"With great power, also comes great responsibility" she said, quoting the famous Stan Lee. She could grow to the cosmos and wipe out all existance, but what would be the point? As a science nerd, she sought after creation, not destruction.
"I wonder what Jason will think" she says, giggling.
As for Jason, he was walking home alone after a long evening studying at the library. He heard laughter coming from the bushes, and as he looked around, a few local gang members surrounded him.
"We know about you ratting on Marko for teaching you a lesson. Well nerdy boy, school is back in session" the gang member laughed sadistically as he revealed a wooden baseball bat, sticky with the blood of other victims. The other two did the same. (heh, the better the villain the better the heroine).
"No way....I can't believe this..." Jason says in disbelief, the guys closing in on him.
Lacy is on her way, but what can he do to save his own hide?
