*BalloonR* Welcome to WDC from "Newbie Welcome WagonOpen in new Window.! *BalloonR*

Hello, dc143c. My name is Charlie and I'm happy to welcome you to WDC today with a quick review. Please let me know if you have any questions as you navigate the site. Keep in mind that the following is just the opinion of one reader. I am not a professional and you know your writing best. If you find something helpful here, use it! If not, feel free to disregard it completely. *Peace2*

*Mushroomo* First Impressions *Mushroomo*

I like the title of this piece, but I'm always careful when it comes to post-apocalyptic pieces because they can be a bit played out sometimes. "The Tomorrow After the End" reminds me of "The Day After Tomorrow", but it does accurately describe what the story is about.

*Mushroomg* Subject Matter *Mushroomg*

This is a quick story describing one possible scenario of an apocalyptic event. In this case, the event is untested bioweapons causing a fatal epidemic, but there are some who are immune to the strain and begin to build society back after several decades.

*Mushroomb* Things That Worked *Mushroomb*

I think you did a good job of presenting a situation and a possible solution. I believe that in the event of something like this, the remaining survivors would eventually get together and try to build society back up. It may not be the way it once was, but it could be something livable at least. I think in a lot of the current books, movies, and TV shows, it's interesting how everyone just turns into complete psychopaths immediately following the apocalypse. I think some people would do that, but not everyone. Some people would want to hold onto the positive things that we have now.

*Mushroomv* Suggestions *Mushroomv*

My biggest issue with this piece is that it isn't extremely original. I'd like to see the same thought process through the idea of something other than an epidemic with a select number of people who are immune to the virus outbreak.

*Mushroomp* Final Thoughts *Mushroomp*

Overall, I enjoyed reading your thoughts on the subject, but felt it could have been brought to life with newer ideas. Thanks again for sharing with us!
