It is a story of true love. This type of love is the birthplace of acute romanticism. Not only that, but that kind of perfect love can tune two souls as a single soul. So, despite the physical distance, they can listen to the melody of others.
These types of lovers can feel others' presence always in their minds.
It is a wonderful poetry.
