You talk about having issues talking to others, how your own fear holds you back, and how sometimes others don't seem to be interested in what you are talking about. As someone with Autism, I can relate to most of this. There are times that I have trouble talking to others, especially when they appear to lose interest in what I'm talking about. The trick is to have a certain amount of patience, and perhaps even the courage to allow others to talk.

Spelling and Grammar
I don't see any issues with spelling or grammar. Might want a space between paragraphs in the future, especially in larger items.
