What Was That Forum?
We're all busy...or distracted, or just plain forgetful. I've done it. I've posted in a forum some place and forgot where it was! While there are several traditional ways to backtrack, like your browsing history, there are some helpful tools right here in WDC. Our site has so many tools right at our fingertips, you just need to know where to find them. Most of the tools are located intuitively and are listed in the left side banner of your page.
Take a look over there at the left side of the page. Have you clicked and explored? Try it!
Right now I'll focus on My Activity. Right beneath Portfolio is My Account. If you click that, you'll get a fly-out list and choose My Activity or any of the sub-listings below.
As a side note, the first listing is Achievements, going to that page activates any new achievements you've earned.
On the list next is Forum Posts. Most contests or activities are hosted on Forum pages. So if you want to see all your posts or replies you've made, there they are. If you entered a site contest, those are hosted on Survey Forms and you can check if your submission went through.
If you've joined groups to participate in a group activity, all your Group Memberships are listed under that heading. Take a peek, it's helpful to do a little housecleaning in there once in a while.
If you frequent Interactive Stories and submit chapters to them, you can see all your chapters listed in that link. I'll cover Interactive Stories in another newsletter.
If you're participating in a Campfire Creative, your invites are listed there. Also if you responded to any Polls, like "Do you like Writing.Com?" [ASR] those are linked with the results of the votes.
So take a look, perhaps find an old interactive to add to. Or unlock an awesome achievement! Or like me, find that forum you posted in and promptly forgot where it was.
As always, Write On and support your community!

Quote Prompt for June 2021: "I could never in a hundred summers get tired of this."
-- Susan Branch
Our mission as writers and readers of this genre is to discuss characters, plot, and hook.
What did you like? What didn't you like? Did you like the writing style? Did you learn anything as a writer?
I hope as writers, we will grow from reading and discussing a variety of children and teen books.
This activity is about genre reviewing. Your reviews must be all for items marked in a genre, and once 15 reviews of that genre have been completed, you will earn the associated Merit Badge.
This forum is where you can ask (and answer!) questions about grammar and writing mechanics.* We also have activities where you can win Gift Points, Merit Badges, and Awardicons.
This isn't a contest, but rather, a place to share your poetic expressions!
Linericks should be witty, with plenty of euphemisms and innuendo.
It's simple. How would you complete the sentence ...'There are two types of people ...

Right now, though, with the coming of summer upon us, I would very much like for you to honor it by finding all of the words that have been anagrammed from the word Summertime.
