Hello everyone, I’m Samberine Everose and I'm here, one of the regular editors in the Romance/Love Topic of the WDC Newsletter, and just like I've been saying, I will not be tired in expressing my thankfulness to all the beautiful people here in this wonderful community of writers for not only helping us to improve our writings but giving us also encouragement and inspiration every day.
It will always be good to celebrate, it gives us a refreshing feeling, reminiscing about the old days when we were still new, or with our virtual writing friends here. Find out in my NL this week. |
Septemberlebrating!
I usually enjoy the month of September. It gives me hope and rejuvenation, beyond just celebrations. Here in the Philippines, September marks the start of the "ber" months, which signifies the countdown to December.
This time of year brings a sense of hope as the season gradually shifts, accompanied by the cool autumnal winds. It’s a wonderful feeling!
Besides my birthday, one of the highlights of September for me is the celebration of WDC, our writing home.
This month-long celebration is not just about our passion for writing, but also about the friendships we’ve built. So, how will you celebrate it?
 1. Activity Madness - There will be plenty of activities at WDC, making it a festival for the entire Writing.com family.
2. Writing - There’s so much to write about; we can draw inspiration from each other and encourage creativity in everything we create.
3. Reviewing - We can also take the time to review the works created by our fellow WDC family members, brightening each other's day.
4. Awarding- Yes, this is so exciting! We can give awards to our favorite friends, with merit badges available for free for one week.
5. Reminiscing- It’s a great opportunity to reminisce, especially about those virtual friends who have always been there for us, especially when we were new to WDC.
WDC is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Think about all the friends you have collaborated with, shared experiences with, and reviewed works from over the years in WDC.
 Happy 25th year WDC!
