About This Newsletter

If this is your first year being part of the Writing.com celebrations, then you're in for a big treat! The Storymaster and The Storymistress have their own activities going on during the first week of September, but also, they create new daily surprises for us all to enjoy through the following years. We sure do love our emoticons. *Bigsmile*

However, the buck doesn't stop here. Many members of the site run their own contests and activities in honor of the celebrations. Some last a week, while others run for two weeks, even an entire month. There's so much stuff to enjoy, it can be hard to keep up with it all, but it sure is fun!

You, too, can be part of the celebrations if you wish to create your own activity and run in in September. The more the merrier. Let The StoryMistress Author IconMail Icon know by emailing her in order for the entire community to be aware of it and to be able to participate.

As a member who's been on this site for more than ten years, I can tell you that it's worth the time spent on the site. So many members participate each time that you can't help but make more friends and get to know your old friends better. Try it. You won't regret it.
