Procrastination

I'm all for "eating the frog" or doing the thing you've been putting off. Get the worst thing on your list completed, and the rest of the day will feel like a breeze!

But what about when there's something you can't choose to do. You just have to wait until it comes. Tomorrow I have a minor medical procedure, and I'm dreading it. If I could do the procedure now and get it over with, I definitely would! But I can't, so I spend hours wasting time and trying not to worry.

So what do you do when you have time to waste?

I think most of us spend a good amount of time on the internet. There are tons of sites designed to waste time! *Laugh*

When I have time like this, I also try to spend some time doing things that are actually productive. It's a great time to plan ahead, things like hosting contests & activities here at Writing.Com. You can plot out portions of time dedicated to hosting or participating.

Personally, I finished a video game, binge-watched a streaming TV show, and finished this newsletter with my time today. *Smile*

What do you like to do with your free time?

As always, keep on writing!
