A Little Witch Who Wanted To Fly

Oh, once a little witch
Really wanted to fly.
No matter how she tried
She just could not fly.


She tried every morning.
She tried in the noon.
She tried by the light
Of the big, orange moon.


She wanted to go to
The Halloween ball,
But her old broom stick
Just continued to fall.


She tried it once more,
Thought she’d take a stab.
Oh, time for the ball
So she called a cab.
