This poem is based on "not knowing" what will happen in a persons life.

"Not Knowing"

Not knowing
Is the worst.
If you are okay .
Not knowing
If you are feeling well.
Not knowing
If you can feel my love
Across the miles.
Not knowing
If you are thinking about me.
Not knowing
If you are lonely or sad.
Not knowing
If you are happy or mad.
This "not knowing"
Is the hardest part
Of loving someone
Like you.
I love you
So much more
Than words can say.
And I know
Down deep in my heart
We will be together
Some day.
So even though
"Not knowing"
Is the hardest part
You will always and forever
Have a piece of my heart.
