God’s Calling- A Poem

God calls in many ways,
Always,
He reaches to us,
Expects us
To reach back to Him.
His love touches
Our lives,
Never ceasing.
His perseverance
Much stronger
than our own.
His words of wisdom
Guide us
A never-ending light.
But we are merely human,
Forever lost between wrong and right.
Love is the strongest power
No magic mystery here
For love empowers us all
And carries us over the years.
Reaching out to others
We lend a helping hand,
Something small and simple
Doesn’t have to be real grand.
