What happened to Santa Claus after 9/11?

Yes Virginia,

The Sun was wrong.

There is no more Santa Claus.

Dick Cheney shot him in the face

"It was an accident," he said. "I meant to shoot an Iraqi boy."

Letterman laughed.

Oprah cried.

The world watched when they lowered Santa down the chute.

Sorry Virginia,

The world moved on after 9/11
