Do not cry

A poem I wrote for my Girlfreind when I moved

Do not cry because I’m leaving
It would tear my heart to pieces
For I cannot bear to see you grieving

Do not cry because I’m gone
It would only increase the pain I feel
My love for you goes on and on

Do not cry because I’m not at hand
You need only call my name
And I will come to you across the land
