A bird's view of man's wastefulness...

If man had wings
maybe, there would be
more trees for us
to nest in.

No, they would still
cut them down
to build their homes
among the branches.

Maybe, those wings
would solve man's
energy crisis.

No, they would still
search for a
convenient way
to avoid using them.

I guess it's really
a good thing
man can't fly, for then
I would be living
on the ground
trying to avoid
their
drops of waste!
