Give Up

Sometimes you just want to give it all up

You sit right beside me,
Yet you're so far away.
So much on my mind,
But there's nothing to say.
So much I want to tell you,
And I know that you'll listen,
But silence dominates,
And the tears fall again.
Everything hurts so much,
Pain seems to control my life,
It shouldn't be this way,
But life is a constant strife.
My body wants to crash,
My heart wants to give in,
I don't want to try anymore,
But yet I find no reason.
I want to give up,
Foreverything to go away,
But that just won't happen,
Despite my desires today.
