I'd Like To Address The Matter Of Stress

I'd like to address
The matter of stress;
It's something that taxes my mind.

It bothers me so
That I just don't know
The words to say what I mean.

I'm pulling my hair,
It covers my chair,
But the words just don't seem to come.

I pace up and down,
My face in a frown,
I can't put my thoughts into words.

I think I should stop;
That vessel might pop.
And that would not help me a bit!.
