I am not a Jew,
Are you?
And I think the strong
Owe it to the weak
To seek
A solution.

I do not worship Allah.
I am just
A mother.
And I think the life
Of any child
Is too high
A price

I am not a painter.
But when I see
The colour red
Flowing from the head
Of a pregnant woman
I want to dip my brush in
And paint it on the face
Of the hideous disgrace
We call the human race.
