An abract piece based off of a drawing I did for my English Course.
Collectively

The widest space ever known to me or anyone, we’re waiting for the end to come. Blooming like a broken cloud, it loomed above, below I bowed.

Squares of tile, shiny and hard, fall from the sky and crate a slippery path for me to walk upon. The words spatter beneath my feet, dancing away from the wind of each of each foot fall. They’re all scrambled as I try to read them, (let-me-to-in-ninety-is-no-me be-sit-I-have-your-else-to-for-warm-no-there-close-one-I-want-where-again-lap-today) the compact single syllable words that have somehow leaked from my pen into these dangerous shreds of falling sky.

I’ve come to a stretch of gray pavement. Traditional and somehow vital, she walks along as I stand behind her and watch her go. They say that every road leads to the same place. I can only hope this is true.

I’ve fallen. I can’t get up. My hands cover velcro as I scratch and grapple, fighting for a way out of this mess I’m in. I can’t find a place to rest like I so want to, I can’t find a place of quiet. I can’t put time on hold as I would kill to, I can’t pause the world and fade away into my futility.

I’m home, and I’m home more than once. Over and over and over again. They stand short, squat and intimate, asking me questions. I like it. Like?
Thinking…
Blank faces.

It's what is beautiful to see collectively.
