It is what it is.
A human-nature round about.
Why do so many things in life
Need thought, discussion, and debate?
Bare emotions fill the air.
Anger, Jealously, Envy, Arrogance…
So common, aren’t they all?
“I have an open mind!”
“I will consider your viewpoint”.
“Let me think about that”.
Sometimes, we even pretend to listen but…
Too busy….
Too busy….
My mind races for a quick response...
"When you talk, I don’t hear you at all".
"I’ll win!"
"You’ll lose!"
Don’t compromise…
"I must get my way!"
"You must not get your way!"
Can we never work together?
I guess it wouldn’t make us happy.
We will never just live and let live.
No compromise!
No peace on the mountain top.
It is what it is!
