A POEM ABOUT FANTASY IN CYBERSPACE

Deep in a corner
in the back of my mind
a vision of you
awaits to be seen.
I awake, and there you are
right where I left you
the night before.
When I first saw you
I was in awe
of your mere existence.
Persistence has led me here
to where I want to be.
I'm entranced by the chance
of getting to know you.
Love at first sight
feels right.
But, can it happen?
I think if your heart
knows what it feels,
then it's real.
If only for a day, a night,
a month, or a year,
it's still there
And, though I've kissed you
a thousand times
in my mind,
I can only see
who you appear to be
behind my computer screen.
Every second we share
is precious.
Because you possess the soul
of no man, I've ever known.
The respect and trust,
I admire you so much.
You've touched me in ways
like no other before.
So, if you want me,
here I am.
Do with me, whatever you feel .
All I ask, is that you keep it real.
