A spanish girl and me
The richest eyes, that I did see,
Were not of gold in light of day,
But burnt of embers in breath of night,
Plucked from heavens autumn leaves,
I drown from distance, torn apart,
Drive my weakened, lucid heart,
A fleeting moment, trapped in time,
As eyes of bronze capture mine,
No time to count, or realise,
My soul laid bare to placid eyes,
Wounded, thoust shall never bleed.
She entered, filled, defeated me.
In torment of the greatest pain,
Hurt until she looks again.
Torturous moments come to pass,
Salty passions fall at last,
Embrace, our tensions spill and furl,
Together at once in our own world.
