All that is green is far away
All that’s left is a world of grey
And I feel constrained
I cannot and will not stay
Or it will choke out my life
I must go far
The journey to the green is far
And all the safety’s away
What means my life
In this horrid grey
I must not stay
Or risk my hope constrained
Will I be forever constrained?
Will I get to the place so far?
Can I be persuaded to stay?
Is there a path to far away?
A road perhaps out of the grey
The path in which I risk my life
There is a purpose to my life
To free myself from the constrained
To get out of this world of grey
No matter how far
No matter how a way
I know I cannot stay
So now I will not stay
I will leave this life
To go far away
In the green I’ll not be constrained
Though the green is far
‘Tis better than this world of grey
No more will my mood be grey
Till I reach my hope I will not stay
I’ll travel just as far
hope will make my life
no more will I be constrained
I will go merrily away
