As Authors, we become familiar with sending off our "creations," our "babies" to Publishing Houses. Manuscripts that may have taken months, years perhaps, to complete, having worked endless hours into the wee hours of the morning on proofs and edits and re-writing drafts prior to submission; sacrificing health from lack of sleep, appetite changes, the suffering of relationships during this tumultuous period of writing the book. There is nothing left to say, or feel, knowing that our "brainchild" has landed in the hands of strangers and we won't see it again until its in print for all the world to see. Very scary.

On that note, I shall see you on the otherside of the Moon. The dark side . . .of course.
