I don’t want a real job, I suppose that sounds crazy
But I’d surely be fired when they find out I’m lazy

So I’m poor … but at least riches don’t run my life
It’s in the capable hands of my unhappy wife

She points out my successes … so far there are none
Perhaps when I die she’ll count that as one

Since then right there equal, with rich men I’ll be
Men, who in their sequel will be just like me!
